Why can't I see a preview before placing my order?
Once you place your order, we assign a dedicated designer to create the design for your custom jewelry based on your specific requests.
This process demands a significant amount of care and attention to detail.
Your designer will then send you a preview of your design, and you'll have the freedom to request unlimited revisions until it's absolutely perfect for you.
We believe in making each piece truly special and tailored just for you, which starts with your order.
How many letters or names can you include in a pendant design?
It is not possible to set a limit. At the design stage we decide how to adapt the letters.
The name “AMANDA” contains 3 A's, if the designer deems it appropriate, the letter A will be inserted only once within the design
