It is not possible to set a limit. At the design stage we decide how to adapt the letters.

The name “AMANDA” contains 3 A's, if the designer deems it appropriate, the letter A will be inserted only once within the design

She first looked at them with a puzzled expression and then looked at the enclosed card that highlighted the letters and then she just laughed.
