Slide each charm onto the bracelet from the straight metal bar. Every charm has a small bead with a reinforced membrane to keep it securely in place.

To close the bracelet, use the sliding bead. It also has a reinforced membrane that lets you adjust the fit and keeps everything fastened.

For a balanced and elegant look, we recommend adding up to 4 charms and 4 birthstones to your bracelet. This ensures each element has the space to shine, while keeping the overall design harmonious and visually pleasing.

Once you place your order, we assign a dedicated artist to create the design for your custom necklace based on your specific requests.

This process requires a lot of care and attention to detail.

After that, your artist will send you a preview of your design, and you’ll have the freedom to request unlimited revisions until it’s absolutely perfect for you.

We don’t provide previews before purchase because in the custom jewelry and artwork world, it’s unfortunately common for people to screenshot the designs and use them elsewhere without ordering.

Protecting the originality of our artists’ work helps us ensure that every piece remains truly special and exclusively made for you.

As each of our custom pendants is meticulously handmade, one by one, please allow 15–20 days in total (about 2–3 weeks) for crafting and delivery.
