REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY

Can I request a refund?

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds of any kind once your order has entered production. For products that include a preview, you may request a refund before approving the production of your order.

The only circumstances under which we may consider a refund are if you receive a broken or damaged product. In this case, we will either resend the product free of charge or, if explicitly requested, issue a refund.

Once the order is approved and entered into production, refunds are not possible for reasons such as a change of mind, dissatisfaction with the design, or personal circumstances, such as the end of a relationship.

However, before the order is approved, we offer free design revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied with the product. Please feel free to request adjustments prior to approval, and we will work with you to perfect the design.

We appreciate your understanding, as these items are custom-made specifically for you and cannot be resold to other customers. Rest assured that we are dedicated to ensuring the quality and satisfaction of your purchase within the scope of our policies.

What does the warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers any damage, defects, or errors related to the product. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost, with expedited shipping included. You can send us a photo of the damaged item at any time, whenever it’s convenient for you, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note that our warranty only needs to be purchased once per order, regardless of how many items are included. There is no need to purchase multiple warranties for orders containing multiple products—one warranty covers everything for life!
