REFUND AND WARRANTY POLICY

Can I request a refund?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or refunds of any kind once your order has gone into production.

The only circumstance in which we may consider a refund is if you receive a broken or damaged product. In this case, we will reship the product free of charge or, if explicitly requested, issue a refund.

Once the order has been approved and put into production, refunds cannot be issued for reasons such as change of mind, dissatisfaction with the design, or personal circumstances.


For products for which a design preview is sent via email: before the order is approved, we offer free design reviews to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the product. Please feel free to request changes before approval, and we will work with you to refine the design. If you are not satisfied with the design even after the revisions you have requested, you can ask for a refund.

We appreciate your understanding, as these items are custom made for you and cannot be resold to other customers. Please be assured that we are committed to the quality and satisfaction of your purchase within our policies.


What does the warranty cover?

Our lifetime warranty covers any damage, defects, or errors related to the product. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost, with expedited shipping included. You can send us a photo of the damaged item at any time, whenever it’s convenient for you, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Please note that our warranty only needs to be purchased once per order, regardless of how many items are included. There is no need to purchase multiple warranties for orders containing multiple products—one warranty covers everything for life!
