What if I don't like the design?
Ask for changes as many times as you need. Nothing is made in metal until you approve the drawing.

Is it real gold?
It's 14k gold plating over premium stainless steel, not solid gold. The plating is what keeps the colour from blackening.
What if it arrives broken?
Send us a photo of the piece with your order number and we remake it for free. For anything after that, there's the Lifetime Warranty.
What's the scratch card?
Every box includes a card with the meaning. The scratch version is an optional add-on: it hides the meaning until they scratch it, physical in the box or digital as a shareable link.
