How many letters or names can you include in a pendant design?

It is not possible to set a limit. At the design stage we decide how to adapt the letters.

The name “AMANDA” contains 3 A's, if the designer deems it appropriate, the letter A will be inserted only once within the design

After that, your artist will send you a preview of your design, and you’ll have the freedom to request unlimited revisions until it’s absolutely perfect for you.

We don’t provide previews before purchase because in the custom jewelry and artwork world, it’s unfortunately common for people to screenshot the designs and use them elsewhere without ordering.

Protecting the originality of our artists’ work helps us ensure that every piece remains truly special and exclusively made for you.

How long does it take to receive the order?

As each of our custom pendants is meticulously handmade, one by one, please allow 15–20 days in total (about 2–3 weeks) for crafting and delivery.
